  • We can do design-only if you already have a contractor, or design + build if you want us to handle the project from plan to completion. If you choose design-only, we can also provide build support to help you compare quotes and avoid scope gaps.

  • The fastest way to get an accurate plan is:

    • A few photos/videos of the yard (wide shots + problem areas + access)

    • Your address/location

    • A list of your must-haves (patio, turf, retaining, irrigation, privacy, etc.)

    • Any rough measurements or a property survey (if you have one)

    • Your timeline and a general budget comfort range

  • Most designs take 1–3 weeks depending on the scope and how quickly feedback is provided. Larger properties, phased master plans, or projects needing more detail can take longer.

  • Most packages include a set number of revisions (typically 1–2 rounds) so the design stays efficient and on schedule. If you want additional revisions or multiple design directions, we can add them as an upgrade

  • Yes—this is one of our specialties. We design with grade control and drainage-first planning so patios, lawns, and hardscapes sit properly and water moves where it should.

  • Yes, depending on the package. Detailed Design and Master Plan packages include more construction intent and layout clarity so contractors can quote accurately. Concept packages are great for direction and budgeting, then can be upgraded if you need more detail.
